You may withdraw from the contract at any time. Withdrawal must be in writing. In the event of withdrawal, you are liable for any damages incurred by us.
From the date of booking confirmation by the landlord until 121 days before the start of the rental period: full compensation
From 120 days until 61 days before the start of the rental period: amount of the deposit
From the 60th day to the 15th day before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total price
From 14 to 8 days before the start of the rental period, 80% of the total price is due. For cancellations less than eight days before the start of the rental period, the full rental price is payable. The date of receipt of your cancellation notice is decisive. Any payments already made will be credited. You may nominate a substitute who will assume your contract under the aforementioned conditions. Written notification is sufficient.
